At Yummy Bee, we take great care in preparing and delivering your food. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

🔹 1. Eligibility for Refunds

• You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
• Your food was not delivered.
• The food was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
• Payment was charged more than once for the same order.

🔹 2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after the order is placed.
• Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address.
• Dissatisfaction based on taste preference (unless quality is compromised).
• Partial consumption or tampering of delivered food.

🔹 3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery:

• Your order ID
• Description of the issue
• Photo evidence (if applicable)

🔹 4. Refund Processing

• Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
• For UPI or Razorpay payments, timelines may vary based on your bank.

🔹 5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before food preparation begins. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone. If accepted, we’ll issue a full refund.
