At Yummy Bee, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of food preparation and prompt delivery, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

You may cancel your order only before the food preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If the order is already being prepared or dispatched: No cancellation or refund will be possible.
